The Process
How we Work

On the Phone
All new business inquires begin by setting up a mutually convenient time for a 5 to 10 minute phone conversation. This is an informal conversation to get an understanding of your project, your timeline, and determine the next step.

Meeting onsite
This will be arranged at a mutually convenient time. During this visit, a walkthrough of the property will be conducted to get a further understanding of your vision. Measurements and photos will be taken to aid in the estimate process. Product selections will be discussed at this time.

The Proposal
A detailed proposal for the work will be presented to you outlining the scope of the work including products selected, as well as the payment schedule. Our proposals also outline all of the conditions, including our responsibilities and warranties.
